“To turn things upside down, you need to have a nose for it, so lets shout and make a jump, the clowns are here to do it...” This hymn will be the starting shot for the 11th edition of the International Clowns Festival of Cornellà, Charlie Rivel’s Memorial, on 19th November 2004. As is shown in the poster for this edition, this year the festival celebrates its 20th anniversary.
